Photos of your child
We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.
Who is in the water, and where parents watch
A coach is on the deck or in the water for every clinic, and starts always have a coach beside the lane. Parents watch from the bleachers or wait in the lobby, and we ask that a parent or guardian can be reached by phone during every clinic. Clinics are no substitute for adult supervision.
What to wear and bring
A swimsuit or a swim shirt, whichever the swimmer likes. Tie long hair back, wear a cap if your level asks for one, and bring goggles and a towel. We provide boards, pull buoys and fins.
When to keep your child home
Please keep your swimmer home with a fever, a stomach bug or anything that spreads, and tell us so we can offer a make-up clinic.
Closures for weather and holidays
We text families when the district closes the pool for weather or an event. A clinic missed because the pool was closed is made up in the same block.
Leaving the program
Tell us two weeks before your swimmer leaves, and we will adjust the rest of the block.
Watching class
Brothers, sisters and friends are welcome in the bleachers. Please keep them off the wet deck and away from the lanes.
Screens and phones
Please keep phones away from the water's edge. Photos of other families' swimmers are not allowed on the deck.
