How tuition works
We are glad to talk the current block through by phone. Here is what sets tuition and what each part is for.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on the level, the block and how many evenings a week a swimmer attends. A clinic evening runs two hours, and each block runs for a set number of weeks.
Registration
A yearly registration covers the swimmer's file and the level check. It is due when a swimmer registers for a first block, and it is once a year, not once a block.
Holding a place
A place is held when the first payment is made. When a clinic is full we keep a waitlist, offer places in the order families asked, and call or text the same day one opens.
Billing
Tuition is billed by block, in one payment or in monthly parts. Payments are made online, where autopay is available.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether help with tuition is open this block. We handle every request privately.
Withdrawing
Tell us two weeks before a swimmer leaves, and we will adjust the rest of the block.
Missed classes and make-ups
A missed clinic can be made up on another evening of the same block, space allowing. When the pool closes for weather or a district event, the clinic is made up too. Tell us as early as you can.
Caps, goggles and gear
Boards, pull buoys and fins are ours. A swimsuit or swim shirt, a cap, goggles and a towel come from home.
